Metta (Loving-Kindness) Meditation

Metta, or loving kindness meditation, is an invitation to slow down and return to the heart. Through gentle guidance and breath, we soften the inner dialogue and practice meeting ourselves with compassion, just as we are. Beginning within, we allow kindness to gradually expand outward, reconnecting us to others and to our shared humanity. This practice is less about changing how we feel and more about remembering the warmth, care, and connection that already live within us. Come as you are and rest in the practice of an open heart.
